Objectives of this Role

● Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.

● Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.

● Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.

● Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.


● Utilize sales research tools like Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo to source leads.

● Import company and contact data into our CRM HubSpot and label them with proper client persona tags.

● Make cold calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities.

● Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.

● Iterate on messages in the email templates to improve on the overall engagement rate with potential clients.

● Conduct research on prospect companies and identify potential needs for our products & services.

● Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

● Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the sales manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

● 5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets.

● Solid Experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, HR, Education, and/or Talent related solutions

● Strong communication skills via phone and email.

● Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

● Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

● Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM software.
