The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Install information management systems from partners or internal development: Such as the Access Control System (ACS), CCTV Video Surveillance Management Systems (VMS), and Environment Monitoring System (EMS), including system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Write SOP document.
• Hands-on for installation and training installer for system deployment
• Solution/Technology introduction to client or stakeholders
• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networks
• Provide initial diagnostic troubleshooting, determine the root cause, and solve the network and systems problems quickly by communicating with all related parties for sup

Ideal Profile Skills Required

• Proficient communication in English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Good coordination with supplier and partners
• Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant engineer position
• Basic IT Network comprehension. Understands cyber risks
• A bachelor's level degree in Computer, Telecommunication, Electronics, Auto control or related majors
• Fluent with the Linux command line interface
• Ability to address and resolve information technology issues promptly, effectively, and independently.
• Motivated self-starter personality; able to work independently and multi-task
• Motivated self-learners for new technical skills

Plus

• Ability to read/understand Linux / UNIX scripts
• Hands-on experience with IP CCTV, NVRs, or Access Control Systems
• Experience with MySQL, MariaDB database platforms
