About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to lead our digital marketing strategies, particularly in content. As we transition from relying on external agencies to an in-house approach, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we attain higher ROI on our marketing initiatives.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Daily Content Management: Oversee daily content creation and publishing across various digital platforms.
- TikTok Mastery: Design and execute impactful TikTok campaigns, with a focus on content creation and promotion.
- Agency Management & Transition: Lead the shift from agency-based strategies to an in-house model, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on content creation and strategy.
- Proficiency in Shopify's e-commerce functionalities and integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with Aspire software.
- Proven ability to transition marketing processes from agencies to in-house teams.
- Strong expertise in TikTok content creation and promotion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 hours of working hours overlap with the US East Time Zone.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working remotely and coordinating with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities
About the employment:
Worca's all-in-one platform simplifies the process of managing payroll and taxes in multiple countries where clients do not have a local-global entity. Our client does not have a legal entity in the APAC region, so they utilize Worca's HR solutions service to handle in-country labor laws and ensure that employees are paid in local currencies. Consequently, you will be officially employed by Worca and considered as an overseas personnel of our client. Worca will act as our client local legal representative, providing support with international payroll, employment compliance, and tax obligations to ensure ongoing employment and labor law compliance. The Client will retain responsibility for critical aspects such as interviews, compensation approval, job content, access rights, and other decision-making processes.
